MOLE RESTUARANT IS ADDING MORE DINER’S MEALS: TEQUILA IS TAKING FLIGHT!
Mole Mexican Bar and Grill located at 178 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is pairing Tequila Flights with their authentic Mexican Fare. Head south of the border without leaving New York City as the Mexican Tequilera is mixing up a traditional tasting.
Starting Monday, September 19, 2011 through September 21, 2011 the restaurant will offer a five-course tequila pairing fusing Executive Chef Lupe Elizalde’s fare with full-bodied tequila complementing the cuisine.
The first course is a spicy shrimp ceviche that’s served like a shrimp cocktail overflowing and filled with an abundance of seafood. The restaurant’s Cochinita Pibil, the fourth course’s a shredded pork marinated in axiote paste and roasted in banana peels, a Yucatan specialty. This dish is a house favorite and a Milagro Blanco served on the rocks is a fruit flavored liquor that enhances the entrée.
Sopa de Elote (Corn Soup with Poblano pepper), Baja-style Fish Tacos and a decadent and delicious Tres Leches Cake are only a sampling of what will be served. For only $60.00 per person this five-starred and course meal can be ordered for a limited time only. Make next week a venture over the Brooklyn Bridge and after one succulent bite it won’t be the ‘Mole’ time you’ll dine there.
